UP TO $400!!...

...and Expand Opportunities for Arizona's Children.

Dear Friend of A Stepping Stone Foundation,

Do you itemize your charitable giving for your Arizona State Tax Returns?

If so, we would like you to consider donating to A Stepping Stone Foundation through the Welfare Tax Reform Credit program. This is a dollar-for-dollar credit on your Arizona Tax Liability. Please visit

http://www.revenue.state.az.us/Refunds%20and%20Credits/Charitablecredits.htm

or consult with your professional accountant to be sure you qualify. This year it is important for you to note that married couples filing jointly may donate up to $300, that's more than last year! For an individual filing the limit is still $200. This Tax Credit is separate from the School Tax Credit
- so you can take full advantage of both. It costs you nothing, but makes a huge difference in our community.

AND you can deduct this donation on your federal income tax return!

Funding from this program will support preschool and family literacy programs that serve close to 100 families in the Alhambra and Isaac School Districts of Phoenix, Arizona. Our goal is to break the cycles of illiteracy and poverty and support habits of lifelong learning.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Stepping Stone office at
(602) 843-8281. We hope you will join us in supporting literacy and strengthening families and communities in Arizona!

Many thanks,
Cynthia Gattorna
Executive Director
